Xbox One S Doesn't Come On

Had my Xbox One S for a year. No problems. Today, I turned it on, the power up beep sounded, light came on, but it did not produce any signal to the TV and turned itself off.

Things I have tried:

Turned it on, and while on, held the power button down until it powered off. This did not help.

Unplugged the power cable for 20 minutes. This did not help.

Used 3 different HMDI cables (the ones for my PS4, Switch and PC), tried multiple different inputs, and tried on 2 different TVs and 2 Different monitors.

Held down the Eject and Sync Buttons and turned the Xbox One S on and heard one beep, kept the Eject and Sync Buttons held down. The light eventually came on, and I waited for an additional 12 minutes with the other buttons held down and no second beep came
even after the light came on.

Tried the Eject and Sync buttons again, and after the light had been on for 15 seconds, I let go. Didn't help.

Tried holding All 3 buttons down. No second beep ever came. It didn't help.

I've tried just about everything I can think of.

Hmmm.

Try powering down the console via the button. Unplug the HDMI cable from both your comsole and the TV. Make sure nothing is in the ports, large smudges, etc. and plug it back in to the console and the Tv even try flipping the cord around so the end that
was in the TV is now in the console.

Hold the Power button and Eject at the same time until you hear two beeps. This should take your console into a low resolution mode.

Switch the resolution settings from there and hopefully that should fix the issue.

If it still powers off beforehand, I would suggest contacting support as the power supply may have an issue or a harddrive issue.

When the harddrive has an issue, it often will give you a black screen as well.

There is a
"Storm Grey" Battlefield 1 Edition Xbox One S, but it doesn't seem to be available for sale on the UK Xbox website for some reason.

That's the only Xbox One S version that comes in Black/Grey, as far as I know. Try to shop around for that edition.

The xbox s doesn't come with a kinnect port, you need an adapter.

Theory of Game

The Xbox One console doesn't support Bluetooth. That headset won't work with the Xbox One in any way.

The new Xbox One controllers (the ones that come with the Xbox One S) have Bluetooth, but that's only used to connect the controller to a Windows 10 PC through Bluetooth.

anyone have any clue as to how long the adapter will be free for those who upgrade?? I ask cause I preordered the GoW Xbox one S and that doesn't come out till Oct.
