Xbox one S display error

Discus and support Xbox one S display error in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was playing suddenly black screen comes out I reset my console and turn it on my tv gives me that there is no signal i tried to push the power...     I was playing suddenly black screen comes out

    I reset my console and turn it on my tv gives me that there is no signal i tried to push the power button and the eject button at the same time it appears in 640 p resolution i factory reset it after displaying in 640*480 and tried to change display to
    1080p it returned to 640 p resolution what i can do?

    Not positive I'd call MS, sounds to me like the HDMI port on your 360 is going bad/dead. Seems like all the swapping had caused an issue.

    Hi all,

    Sorry if this has been solved before, but I have tried to find an answer with no luck on this one.

    I recently tried my xbox in a some different TVs to the two I usually use it with. Originally, it all seemed fine, and no problems were had. However, after a couple of times of swapping between these two TVs (a living room and bedroom) my xbox stopped working on the living room TV, only showing a blank screen with no sound. after a period of working fine in the bedroom TV, it stopped working there., same problem.

    On returning to using my original TVs (again, in the living room and the bedroom) I cannot get the bedroom one to display using the HDMI cable at all (only the basic scart Yellow, Red, White cable the xbox came with) and the living room TV is unable to display any resolution higher than 480p, even tho other devices plugged in using the same cable, HDMI port can use the full range of resolutions. Bear in mind, the options are selectable, but having selected them, the screen goes blank for around 10 seconds, then reverts to 480p.

    I have tried using the display settings reset (press and hold power button for 10 seconds until lights stop flashing) to no avail. I have tried different cables, TVs and HDMI ports. I have also tried emptying the system cache and then resetting the display settings.

    I am using the XBOX 360S console

    Can anyone suggest what else I can try?

    Can a Xbox One S work on a 1080 TV

    Hey Kmcroc! The Xbox One S is able to display at 1080 as well and that would be the only difference compared to a 4K display. Thanks!

    Xbox Screen appears only for few dialogues boxes

    I find my xbox one s working while set on dvi and 640p resolution. But no display on 1080p and hdmi.

    Just to add i am using samsung smart 3d tv aand also tested my xbox one s on 2 other displays.. one pc monitor and one more smart tv

    One S 4k Gaming

    Your information is not correct. Actually when you set the xbox one S console resolution to 4K UHD, everything on the console—Home, games, and apps—will display at 4K. 4K content is displayed in its native 4K resolution, and other content (like 1080p content)
    is upscaled to 4K.
