    Hi , I'm contacting because my disk player on my xbox is no longer reading disks. Therefore I can't play disk games and most of the games I own are in a disk format . What do you think I can do?

    If you don't have any luck with the troubleshooting, you'll probably have to send it to a Microsoft repair centre to get it dealt with.

    I have the exact same problem, the menu on this disk in not working. Thankfully I have the add-on remote so can bring up the blu-ray controls and play but there are no chapter options, sound options or any other menu controls on this disk.

    it's not working with my Xbox One S. The disk does work on other players, so just an issue with the Xbox.

    are you sure you don't have an Xbox one S and not an Xbox series S?

    If it has a disk Drive, it's a one S and it will not work

    Depends .

    If it is a disk game and you are trying to transfer to an xbox one s digital or the xbox series s then no you are waisting your time

    Those are digital only consoles and disks installs require the bluesy or dvd to validate the install

    Digitally purchased game's can be transfered to save time yes

    If it's to an xbox one x or regular xbox one s or xbox series x disk and digital will work with them
