Xbox one S disconnects from xbox live then reconnects

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

Have you had a chance to check your Network statistics? You can do this by following these simple steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings.

Select Detailed network statistics on the right-hand side.

This will give you some stats that could indicate your what is causing the problem behind this.

I would recommend that you take a look at the
Xbox One Disconnect Solution article, and see if some of the steps outlined there work out for you there.

Go ahead and give this a shot and let us know your results!

I disconnected from XBOX Live then reconnected. Worked for me.

i tried it but i am still disconnecting from Xbox live but i haven't tried to see weather or not i disconnect and reconnect from Xbox live party's yet...

you have to disconnect from xbox live then install the game and reconnect after the install

If your console get disconnected from LIVE during download you should be able to start downloading the content(s) again after your console is reconnected to LIVE.
