    Hi there,

    So I've got a bit of a weird one here. Something that I've struggled with over the last 6-8 months is my XBox randomly signing out of XBox Live, however it ONLY happens when I'm watching YouTube. Seriously, I can watch Twitch streams for 8 hours a day
    or play CoD Warzone for 12 hours without an issue. But when I watch YouTube, it's painful. In the two hours that XBox has been on today, I've been signed out of XBL twice while watching YouTube (and once out of my profile altogether on the XBox, but that
    is a different issue).

    Has anyone ever experienced this? I watch a LOT of YouTube videos so that I can see them on my TV and this is just making me find other ways to watch YouTube which is going to cost money. I'm already at the point of investigating playing games on my PC
    instead as the XBox just isnt bringing value.

    So far, I've deleted the app, done a hard reset, deleted my profile from the XBox and readded it. The only thing left to do I imagine is to restore the XBox altogether to factory settings?

    Any ideas?

    Connection issues with Xbox 360/Xbox Live and Xfinity/Comcast. Tried all suggestions on the Xbox Live Port configuration page and have ALL ports forwarded/open. I have a hardline Ethernet cable connected to my system now and am still getting dropped.

    I'm having the same exact problem as you guys. I cleared my cache and redownloaded my profile, but I'm still getting randomly disconnected from Xbox Live when I join an online game.

    I also have Xfinity/Comcast. And all the ports are open on my router. If I watch Netflix, I never get disconnect from XBL. But when I join an online game, I eventually get disconnected from XBL. Pretty frustrating.

    Apps will be free from gold this june.

    This is great, because I like to watch YouTube often. My subscription to XBL ends tomorrow actually, so if I can watch YouTube, I'll be happy.

    Same thing is happening to me, I can't watch a movie without it disconnecting me after a few minutes. I was really looking forward to watching some movies this way but it aint happening, what a waste of money. I think its on xboxs end, it's using to much
    bandwidth streaming videos so they randomly disconnect you.. that's my theory. hah.

    I don't have any issues with randomly disconnecting from any other thing I do thru xbox live, like watching youtube videos on internet explorer browser or playing on xbox live...so when's the update/patch coming out to fix this issues?
