    Xbox one s disc issue


    Hi every one. My prob is that my xbox (one s) has some prob to read some discs. There are many disc games that run fine on my xbox and there are some that don’t. (when i insert the disc it’s just clicking (?) a few times (4-5) then nothing) I’ve tried on energy saving mode (10sec push xbox button then back on) nothing. Bought a lense cleaner disc, but the drive doesn’t spin it. When insert it it’s just spin it a 1/4 circle then stop it. I assume that the drive itself is ok (bc there are games that played). Also obviously checked and cleaned the discs that can’t be played.

    Any help? Please?

    When the discs plays fine in other ultra hd players out on the market and Not on the Xbox one S its not the discs thats the problem its the Xbox one S that has a issue.

    If the disc have the legend that it's for Xbox One, it will work on any Xbox one console (Xbox one fat/Xbox one S or Xbox one X) what could be the issue is that the console he has is a Xbox one S digital edition that doesn't have a disc reader, but that won't be because is incompatible, just unable to use a disc game

    I always have issues with my original xbox , its my second one both have had issues not reading the disc normally if im having issues i jave to insert another disc then the orginal one again

    I got my kids a xbox s which has jad no issues with the disc drive

    I have had two oxbox one originals both have had issues reading discs we also have a xbox s that has never had any issues reading disc
