    XBOX ONE S DIGITAL KEEP TURNING OFF


    Hello,

    I am at the last resort, this forum.

    Last December i brought said xbox and for the first month or so it was running fine.

    At one point, the xbox started turning off after running certain games for some time, but i tough was a problem of the games, but after it started turning off more frequently and in all the games.

    The frequency of shutting down kept increasing and at one point the only way to restart was tu physically unplug the console and wait few seconds before turning it on again.

    I suspected was overheating, but the console is placed on an open shelf with nothing to block it.

    The problem kept worsening until the point that even watching netflix for more than 1 hour would induce the shut off and even re-plugging was not working anymore. Only solution was to unplug, wait 1 hour and than restart.

    At this point i sent the xbox to microsoft, but when it come back, they just did a reset and after a week the problem was back worst than before.

    I sent the xbox again, but again just software reset and after one week unusable.

    In the meanwhile, i pay the subscription to ultimate, for a console that i cannot manage to use.

    Even sending it to assistance, is doing nothing...

    Do you have some solutions?

    Compatibility

    You keep saying you have an Xbox S, but is that an Xbox One S or an Xbox Series S? The All Digital is typically a One S which wouldn't be compatible.
