este problema ocorreu por 2 vezes , e em ambas as vezes , foi ao ligar o xbox , ou seja : quando o liguei , ele estava como sendo usado pela 1ª vez , sem nenhum usuário , em minha casa são 4 pessoas ( 4 usuarios ) que usam , mas nenhum de nos deletamos os
usuários , mesmo pq , se alguem o tivesse feito , ele tambem seria deletado , os jogos mantem-se normais e após adicionar novamente todos os perfis , temos nossos games salvos e no ponto em que paramos de jogar , o único problema é que sempre temos que reconfigurar
o xbox e adicionar novamente os mesmos perfis , como posso resolver este problema e pele ocorre ???

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. Normally the only way to remove an account from your console is via two ways:

1. Manually
   remove you account
2. Perform a soft
   factory reset [soft because you keep your games and apps.

That being said, when your accounts are removed:

• Are you playing games on your console or does it happen after you turn off the machine?
  
• When your accounts are removed, how frequently did this happen?
• Is someone else in your home using the same console? [If so, they may accidentally be removing the accounts themselves]

Provide us with these details and we will be able to further assist you!

Hey there Francisco,

Sorry to hear you have run into this issue in multiple occasions. Are you saying that you have already attempted to Soft Factory Reset the console? If you have not yet done this go ahead and follow the steps to

Reset Console and Keep Games and Apps.

Once you have done this add all accounts back on the console and then see if this resolved the issue.
