Xbox One S Day One Update Keeps Failing

I just got a brand new XBox One S All Digital Edition in the mail. I have been trying for almost a day to get it set up, but it keeps stopping the same way on the Day One Update. It says there's a 795 MB update to apply, and I press Start. It downloads until
there's 720 MB remaining and then hangs at that exact spot for a second or two. It mysteriously jumps to some point with 20-30 MB remaining, then the progress bar finishes and it brings up an error screen. The error screen has a title saying "There was a problem
with the update," and below that says "You need this update to use your console, but something went wrong. For help, visit xbox.com/xboxone/update/help." It gives the error codes 0x89230011, 0x00000000, and 0x90120005.

I've tried it over and over and it always has the same problem at 720 of 795 MB remaining. It's not about the connection on my side. My Internet's really fast and the console keeps confirming that my network connection is working well. For example, the "Check
network connection" option on the error screen keeps saying "It's all good" and yesterday this test said my connection was fine but that there was something going wrong on Microsoft's side. It says to check the XBox Live Status, but this has always been green
checkmarks for everything.

I've tried doing the Offline System Update, but it won't accept it. I assume this is because it's not allowed for the Day One Update. When I go to the Startup Troubleshooter, the option for the Offline System Update is the only one it won't let me select,
even though my NTFS flash drive with the files is plugged in. I tried the Factory Reset in the Startup Troubleshooter also, and it still stops with 720 of 795 MB remaining and gives the same error codes. I can't talk with Microsoft Customer Support, either,
because of COVID-19. They shut down the options to Live Chat or to have someone call me, and they just keep showing messages about having higher volumes because of COVID-19. When I call the support number, it tells me to have the website call me (which, as
noted earlier, is also blocked by Microsoft) and then hangs up on me.

How do I update the console and start using it?
