    Xbox One S Crashing after Game loads up.


    So i need help. Ive done everything in the book to fix this. My Xbox acted up last night. GTA V just crashed. When i loaded it back up, it became very laggy and my screen became static like and white dots appeared everywhere. I did a restart and the same
    thing happened. I tried other games and the same thing happens. They just freeze and crash my whole xbox. I cant do anything anymore. The steps ive done to try to fix this were

    -Factory Reset and keep games and apps

    - Cleared Cache and Mac Address and Persistent Storage

    - Did a HARD RESET ( Remove Everything )

    This is pretty much it.

    Please help me if you know any suggestions

    Is there any updates that you’ve missed on the console or on the games? It sounds like there is a problem with your console. Have you contacted xbox support? They can help you and heres how to reach them: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us.

    Thanks for keeping us updated. Are you using an external hard drive by any chance? If so, does your console function correctly without it? Are you part of the insider program?
    If you are part of the preview program, you should report this issue through the insider hub, as well
    as to the
    insider reddit     .

    Aside from that, all of the troubleshooting you have performed should have done the trick
    (If you are not part of the preview program). Since the issue persists , you may want to consider a repair. Check out this website to set up your own repair : Device Support

    Im updated and i even downloaded the update on pc and put it on a usb drive and updated. Nothing. I contacted support and they lead me to technical support and supposed to send me an email about a repair maybe and its been 24 hours now and nothing. I dont
    think nothing is wrong majorly that games dont want to work. How come your playing a game normally and the next minute your xbox is toast. Dont understand. I even switched tvs and HDMI cables and nothing. Could it be the power cable??

    I ended up just buying another console. Thanks for the help everyone. I think there was a issue with the gpu or maybe the internal hardrive.
