Xbox One S crashes then shuts down during game

Hi, I am having this issue since the day I bought the console a month ago. Whenever I am playing a game, after a certain time the screen will freeze and the console shuts down.

It does not seem to crash in the console menus but any game will crash. I have tried to reset the console, to reset the power supply, disabled "turn off after..." option, and it is plugged directly in the power outlet in the wall.

If anyone has some advice to give me before I return the console, it would be appreciated! Thanks!

No Man's Sky Xbox One X Crashing

I bought this game earlier tonight and I keep getting the same crashes. Where the whole one x shut down and I have to walk over and press the power button. I've never had any game crash so hard it shuts down my system

It sounds to me like you've done everything you can to solve it and if it is still happening i would definitely suggest sending it in for repair, register the console on the Xbox Service Centre under your profile and make a repair/service order. The console
will still be under warranty if its only a month old so it will be free.

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH ORIGINAL XBOX!

 

And I just had my Xbox sent for repair not too long ago, I had to pay a lot and now I'm having another problem and I'm not the only one. I think y'all got problems.
