XBOX One S crashes game with no error.

My Xbox keeps closing games after the games loading screen is close to finishing, I don't get any error messages, The Xbox console light blinks 3 times before the game crashes. I've tried factory resetting my Xbox, power cycling it, clearing cache, and every fix that I could find online I have tried, If you guys have any other method to fix this please help. I do not want to send my Xbox in for repairs as I've run out of warranty.

well there is no errors for one and two the game locks up with a repeating sound for a brief moment and three it then crashes to the home screen of the xbox and four the crashes happen sporadically and intermittently i am unable to do troubleshooting steps due to the crashes are unpredictable i won't know when they happen they just pop up and can cause progress to be interrupted i am using series S model this only happens on xbox one games played on series S

I dont have xbox one x . I had xbox one the first model .. and now xbox one S .

And was crashing on some games like ff15 . Vampyr and others like witcher 3. But on witcher 3 after some updates alot of bugs and crash was removed on that updates ..

But ff15 and vampyr i pay alot for those games and years after i cannot finish those games cause they are Brocken on xbox one ..

Some other games i cannot play cause the same Crash and my xbox one s is almost new .

I have same problem on a Xbox one S.

In the Nucleus game Crashing and shutting off the console. 😭

I'm sorry to hear that that's happening.

It does sound to me like it could be a hardware issue since you already factory reset everything and it still gives you problems. That reset should clear out any software issues.

If I were you I'd either get it exchanged where you bought it, or you can try to create a repair order for it here on the

Device Support site.

You can also try to
contact us and see if any agent can help you create a repair order as well.

Give those things a shot and let us know how that helped with the issue

May I know if you have tried to factory reset your console both by keeping games and apps and removing everything? If not, please try to factory reset it but removing everything. All games and apps will be deleted from the console, but this may fix the issue if other game file is corrupted and is messing with the other system files.

If the issue persists, I would check the power supply of the console. If possible, try to use another power cable connected on another power wall/outlet.

If the issue still persists with games installed both on the internal and external storage (if you have one), then I would say your console is faulty. Sorry about this.
