xbox one s crashes constantly at Forza Horizon 3 and Forza 7 Demo other games seldom played

Hello,

i play mostly Forza Horizon 3. Often there crashes

when I finish the session and go to the festival.

Then there is suddenly a freeze frame, a common tone and then the xbox goes back to the homescreen.

It also happens in the Forza 7 Demo. Other games I rarely played.

Is there a heat Problem ?

Forza Motosport 7 Demo

Hello, My name is Miguel and I am Portuguese. (sorry for my poor english language...)

A few weeks ago I bought the Forza Motosport 7 Ultimate Edition for PC plataform.

I already experienced a microsoft game once under PC - Forza Horizon 3 which was in my opinion one of the most incredible game I played. But now, since today, I played Forza Motosport 7 Demo and I didn´t like the game. I know that it´s only a demo version
of game but generally, after 4-5 hours of game, it isn´t smooth at all, so not playable well under i7-4770k, gtx 980ti, 16gb RAM, SSD disk. I spent 100,00€ (eurpopean coin) in this game, is it possible to get the money back?

XBox Controller Z Axis Issue on Windows 10

Hello,

Thank you very much for helping. It happens to every game (Forza Horizon 3, Horizon 4, Forza Motorsport 7) and other non Microsoft games, When I tried to navigate the Microsoft Store with the controller, I can't seem to roll down.

Z Axis acts as if it was being pressed constantly

There shouldn't be heat problem if you keep your console free of clutter.

In regards to it freezing try these troubleshooting solutions to see if any work and let us know.

Also, if a solution doesn't work hit the red no at the bottom to get to the next step.

thanx a lot. I have two save points and both deleted.

Then i get my save point back from the ms cloud and have played twice FH3 so far witout freeze.

I will continue to observe. So far it looks good. I will report after a long test.
