    XBOX one S controller wont turnon console


    Hi, I have a brand new XBOX ONE S 500gb model. I have had it less than a month and my controllers have started to misbehave, The XBOX seems to forget the controllers so I have to go through the process of reconnecting them every time I want to use the XBOX.
    This also means I cant turn on the system with the controller. When I press the round XBOX button. I have made sure the controllers are full charged, there is nothing near the console that can interfere with the signal. Can anyone help? Many thanks. Nods.

    Xbox one s Controller Customization

    So i bought an extra Xbox One S Controller and would like to customize it, but can't find any aftermarket parts for it.

    Will aftermarket original xbox one controller buttons and anologs fit in the One S shell?

    I read that the home button is sligtly smaller for the One S Controller so that wont fit.

    Any advice would be great

    hi! I got a pretty new controller. It wont sync! I got new batteries. I can plug in with usb and when i restart the console with the usb in the controll. I plug out the usb cable and the controll cant find the console anyway!! What is the problem...?? Xbox
    one s and it is the standard controll

    Have you made sure that your controllers are updated? To update your Xbox One controller, check out the

    Controller Update Troubleshooter    . Also, if this issue pops up, try a full power cycle of your Xbox One by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it powers off fully. Let us know how it goes, we're happy to help out!

    do I need adapter to use headphones with Xbox One X controllers?

    It depends if you have the V1 (Xbox One) controller which has a 2.5mm port. You will require a adapter for this comtroller.

    The V2 ( Xbox one S and One X consoles) controller which uses a 3.5mm port you wont need any adapters.

    If you have the V2 controller you will need to change the setting for your headset as menitioned by ChiefJoboo.

    Lol,you are not going to get an xbox one x as a replacement for a xbox one s.

    You'll either get the same console back or a replacement xbox one s which wont be a new console either.

    Same here... When you turn on the xbox one x (didnt check if it happens with xbox one s) from the controller, about 5 seconds after that it looses sync to it and wont re-sync until you shut down the controller and turn it on again, tried it on 3 different
    consoles with 6 different controllers, all that happened after the last update
