    Xbox one S controller warranty


    I bought an xbox one s controller from gamestop a while ago and the warranty I bought hasn' t expired yet. But does unscrewing the controller void the warranty? Unscrewing it caused no damage at all.

    Right stick when pressed does not register. Although my controller is out of warranty is there any fixes I could try?

    Pretty sure its the series s controller with the full dpad instead of the classic xbox one version. It is out of warranty

    My Xbox One controller has issues again like my old one with the thumbsticks.

    The accessories warranty is 90 days. If it is out of warranty, taking it to an electronics repair shop will be cheaper than buying a new one. I think I have a bit of luck, my Original Xbox One controller works perfectly, so does the Xbox One S controller and now I have a Series X controller, let's see what happens.

    Controller gets a 1 year of warranty in EUROPE. I know that, because i bought my xbox One S in may of 2018 and on march of 2019 i sent it back the controller and got a new one.
