Xbox One S controller random disconnect

Hello everyone,

I've read through enough of these forums to know many people are having the same issues, but can't find anyone who has found a fix for the problem.

My xbox controllers will randomly lose connection while playing or even in the main xbox menus. Its random, and you can hear it starting as my headset starts to crackle and lose sound just before it happens.

I have updated both the console and both controllers (one is brand new) but the issue persists. Anyone figured this out? I thought maybe the blue tooth sensor was going bad on the xbox but not sure how to check that.

So you can have one XBOX 360 connected (wireless) without being disconnected at all, but as soon as you add another XBOX 360 in the mix you get random disconnects? Can you actually try one wired and one wireless and see if you still have issues with random
disconnects with both XBOX 360's being on the same router?

i have a problem with my controller and turtle beach stealths 600’s series 2 disconnecting from my Xbox at random when I’m playing a game my audio starts getting all crackled and then lags and then disconnect from my Xbox.

I dont have a power cable to try a direct connection but I did cycle the power and even unplugged the console once after shutdown. Batteries are new and fine, and no I have not done a factory reset. Wasn't sure if that would delete everything or not.
