Xbox one s Controller not being detected by any device.

sorry for not replying. my other xbox one and series s/x controllers work perfectly fine.

Are you able to test with another controller on both Xbox and PC?

Or if possible connect the current controller to another PC and check how it goes

Joaquin please try checking for firmware updates in your PC using the accessories app and connect the controller.

If the issue persists try the opposite, downgrade the firmware.

Or if that doesn't work try downgrading the firmware in this way
Connect the controller via USB then open Xbox Accessories App
Once there press Windows key + R and paste the next command in the box:

xboxaccessories:\\firmwareupdate?legacyDowngrade=true

Hit Enter and now Xbox Accessories App will prompt a message and the firmware downgrade process is going to start

I tried connecting it with a cable to my Xbox and it won't detect it. I also tried to connect it wirelessly to my phone and it connects but the white light on the controller keeps flashing, and it won't do anything. It only works when I connect it with a cable on my pc. It doesn't work on any other device wired or wireless.

If you try connecting the controller via cable, it doesn't work?
Also, the controller turns on when you press the Xbox logo or not at all?
If you're able to turn on the controller. Can you try connecting it to another device? (Another console, with a cable to your PC, or if compatible with your phone via Bluetooth)
