    In Forza Horizon 5 (PC) my Xbox one s controller is not working in game, I am not getting any button prompts either.

    My controller is connected via Bluetooth, I get the same problem when connected via USB cable. When I opened the Xbox accessories app, my controller was fully updated.

    Just in case it was an issue with that I reinstalled the update. It didn't help. I then tried to open the Xbox accessories app on my PC, with my controller connected.

    It says 'Connect a Device', despite it being powered up and connected.

    This is annoying as it worked literally 20 minutes ago. I just switched game on my Xbox, then switched back and now it is broken.

    This has now happened on my second controller. My first controller worked, then got the same issue. There is (I'm assuming) an issue with switching from PC to Xbox and vice versa. Please help/ fix this issue ASAP

    If it's compatible with Xbox One, it should work with the entire family of devices (Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X). What error message do you get when you attempt to connect the device to the One S? Is it simply not seeing the controller?

    I'm having this issue also, but with error 0x80000006. Both my Android devices and my Windows 8 PC get the same error :(

    PC is hardwired into the same network as the Xbox One, and the Android devices are connected to the same router via wifi.

    I've tried to connect with the IP address, and with the auto-detect in SmartGlass, but get the same error regardless.

    The Series S and X controllers work on same devices the earlier controller can connect to. This includes:

    Xbox One Game receiver for Windows 10

    Bluetooth (PC, Android, iOS)

    Xbox One, One S, X and Series X/S.
