Xbox one s controller has trouble; not working vibration

My computer is Windows 10.

I bought an Xbox one s controller and tested it. I bought it at a store other than here.

But he found a major flaw.

This controller does not provide vibration feedback.

As a result, everything else works fine, as seen by the Game Controller Tester app. However, vibration alone does not work.

The connection is a wired connection. It operates up to an impulse trigger, but only vibration does not work.

It's just the high-pitched sound
