    Xbox one S controller fix/spare parts


    Hello,

    I broke my Xbox one S controller last week and while I was repairing it I managed to break that small cable connecting them 2 motherboards together. That little pin at the end of that cable fell off. I've been trying to find what's the cable for so I can
    buy a new one or a way to fix it for hours, no forums about it and no info. Is it fixable or does anyone know where can I buy replacement without buying the whole bottom motherboard ?

    Spare part needed

    Hi there, I bought the official X Box One dual charging station for my son and already the back of one of the rechargeable battery slides/covers is broken. It is obviously the one with the small window in it to allow the battery terminals to touch the charge
    unit. Just spent the last hour on ebay and amazon but cannot find a replacement part at all. Any suggestions?

    Microsoft does not intend for the controller's internals to be user-serviceable. As such, the Xbox support forums unfortunately does not allow discussion
    or support with self-repair.

    Elite one parts will not fit the new controller. I myself have the old and new controller. I am also looking for spare parts due to liking the tall thumbsticks.

    and i never had a problem with xbox 360. for 5 years.

    these ones. two controllers with the exact same fail, and they arent fixed by cleaning.

    i'm not asuming it's the case for everyone. but for two controllers to experience the same malfunciton after 3 months is a bit werid.

    that a change of a spare part and extensive cleaning doesnt clean it points to hardware fault

    just saying.

    try the xbox accessories app. but its more than likely that the piece holding the stick in place has warn away or snapped. if the controller is old it might be worth buying some spare parts and fixing it yourself, youtube has lots of tutorials.

    I checked some of the nearest third party repair shops and for how much it would cost to fix it, it would be cheaper to buy a new one and use this one for spare parts.
