    Xbox One S Controller don't work


    Good morning.

    Recently, I bought gamepad for Xbox One S. After connecting it to the console and playng for few minutes gamepad switch off. Software update did not help. Tried this gamepad on another console - the problem persists.

    Can you tell me what else can I try to solve this problem?

    yes, of course

    My actions - restart console many times, reconnect gamepad, even change the batteries. All of these doesn't help

    Are you connecting the controller wirelessly or with a USB cable? Does it do the same thing when connected via cable? Have you tried different batteries (or battery pack)?
