Xbox one S controller disconnects constantly

Hello,

Dealing with issues with my controllers constantly disconnecting from the Xbox one S.

What I've done so far:

Installed brand new fully charged battery pack,

Held power button on Xbox for 10-15 seconds to shutdown Xbox.

Checked Xbox for updates and have installed all updates.

Checked controller firmware and is up to date

I have tried 4 different controllers, all Xbox brand and not aftermarket controllers.

Plugged in controller directly to Xbox with and without batteries. Does not help and still disconnects.

Hard reset with the option to keep games and apps. At this point I don't even think a complete factory reset would help.

Sometimes it lasts 3 minutes, but vast majority it disconnects in 10-15 second.

Tried the paring button on both console and controller.

Turned off all other bluetooth devices within my room.

I'm no more than 15 feet directly infront of the console. Does not matter even if the controller is literally sitting on top of it.

Completely stumped on what to do next, I have tried everything I can think of or have read on these forums.

Just don't know what else to do at this point.

I'll buy a new one s if I have to but I don't want to run into the same problems.

Any insight or help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the response. Kind of what I was expecting for what will be needed to be done to fix it. I'll have to look into cost for repair vs just buying a new one.

If your controller keeps disconnecting while plugged trough USB to the console you must send the console (as you mentioned it happens with several controllers) to repair, as that would need to be some hardware situation in the console

Try to use the controller connected with a usb cable just to verify if the batteries are the issue.
