    Xbox One S control always breaks


    I bought a new controller for XBOX one in December 2019. The controller broke (RB button) 70 days later, I asked Microsoft to change it and they changed it and sent me a new controller.
    A little over 2 months passed and the control broke. I requested the exchange again because when I entered the serial number of the control it indicated that it was still under warranty. Microsoft replied that the warranty is over.

    I think the warranty applies to your forst controller even after you got the replacement. But yeah, I have the same issue as well. It's either LB or RB that keeps breaking for me. Was the same case even on 360 controllers.

    Suena muy raro que tu control se esté dañando de donde mismo, pero para que te respondan tu dada te recomiendo mejor hacer una llamada ya que veces el registro lo hacen por medio de imágenes mandadas por correo.
