Xbox One S constantly disconnecting

Heya all,

Recently, for no reason that I've been able to find, my Xbox One S has been random and constantly disconnecting from WiFi. The game I play most often is Destiny 2, and it's become pointless to try to do anything due to the fact that I disconnect from the
game and the internet as a whole within 10 minutes of turning my console on. When using the detailed network information test, I find that I get about 1/10th of the download/upload speed that I usually get. My phone and laptop are right next to my console,
both tested on 2 different networks, both with similar speeds much higher than the console. I have tried changing DNS servers, changing to a static IP, using a DMZ for my Xbox, and power cycling the console. I do not have an ethernet cable, so I can not switch
over to a wired connection, however there is only about a 20 foot distance between the console and router, and only 1 thin wall. My headset is wired, so it is not effecting the Xbox's network performance. I haven't been able to find any solutions, however
I have found similar issues on other forums that haven't gotten a fix. I am beginning to suspect another hardware failure- the wireless adapter died on the last Xbox One I had.

Usually, after I lose connection, my console sits for a second, the menu flashes into offline mode, and then promptly reconnects. It's just long enough for me to lose connection to any parties or games I am in, but it's never down for more than 30 seconds
before it has already reconnected. Everything else on my network stays connected and running at their usual speeds even when this happens, so I've isolated down to an issue with either software or hardware on the Xbox itself. Anyone have any ideas as to what
could be going on, and any possible fixes?
