    Xbox One S console won't turn on


    Purchased a new Xbox One S on Friday. Hooked it up Saturday and it seemed to work fine. Now Sunday, played it for a short time and it turned off on its own. Now the console will not turn back on. Press the power button and just get a chime...no light,
    no power up.

    Have tried unplugging to reset. No luck.

    Should I just return it?

    What about all of my login and game information I have already entered into the console? Can't reset console if I can't turn it on.

    Yes, well ventilated...plenty of room around console. And it wasn't running for very long before it shut down today. Does not feel warm either.
