Xbox One S Console Upgrade

I am trying to purchase a Xbox One S for the first time and earn 50,000 reward points. However, whenever I go to the page to get these points (Xbox Live Rewards) I just
get redirected to the My Missions page. On the missions page, there is no option for the console upgrade reward. Do I need to purchase the console first in order to be eligible for the reward?

I haven't recieved my upgrade credits for my Xbox One S upgrade purchased from the microsoft store.

Also missing rewards credits for the following purchases.

I've ordered xbox one s console under order [Mod Removed] during black friday. Is it apply to the xbox live reward program of xbox one console upgrade? How can I check if the reward mission apply and reward point pending in my account?

 

You just have to make the purchase through Microsoftstore.com. There's nothing you need to do through the rewards site.

If you cannot access the mission page for that offer, you were not selected as a eligible member for that offer. Furthermore, since your registration date was only recently, you would not have been a part of the members selected for this offer when it started.
The 50,000 Credit offers are only for select Xbox Live Rewards members.
