    hi guys at the moment im stuck on update screen the os version i have is 10.0.19041.7339 my target is 10.0.19041.7772 i cant find the file for it to do offline update ive tried all the ous file ive done hard reset and factory but nothing an its been 2 weeks now what can i do to solve this and error code is e101

    Yes the Xbox One X works the same as the Xbox One and Xbox One S, update wise for games and console updates.

    While it is advised to connect the console to the internet, you should be able to go offline as mentioned on the support page that Smwutches

    This is the same for any Xbox One console, so regular, S and X

    That's an interesting problem for sure. Is your console in Instant On mode or Energy Saving mode? It's possible the console is downloading updates so it appears to be on. Is this an Xbox One S console or an original Xbox One console?
