Xbox one s console problem

I have been playing on a xbox one s console and recently it has started to move down without input from the controller. At first i thought ut was a controller problem but I tried all types of controllers and it still does it so I guessed it was the console
that was causing the problem. I chat with someone online on the xbox customer support and tried shutting it down and disconnecting the cables and put it back in and start it up again, and soft reset where I chose keep the games and apps but it is still doing
the same thing.

Is it a hardware problem in the console ir is this fixable?

We're going to need a few more details on this. Are you using an Xbox One console or an Xbox One S console outputting in 4K? If it's an Xbox One S Console, please use this guide to help with troubleshooting.

Same problem here.. Xb1 S controller randomly disconnects, original xbox one controller has no issues with xb1 S console...

How old is your controller? If it is on Warranty, call Xbox Support to claim it.

Also you can check if the Firmware of the controller its the latest
