    xbox one s console problem


    My xbox one s goes to green screen on start up and is slow, sometimes it will go to the home screen, but will not let me do anything else (games, apps,etc.). I have tried a soft reset and hard reset but it just goes blank then sometimes back to the green
    screen! Is my console done for? Please help!!

    We're going to need a few more details on this. Are you using an Xbox One console or an Xbox One S console outputting in 4K? If it's an Xbox One S Console, please use this guide to help with troubleshooting.

    I am having the exact same problem also. The troubleshooting guide does not address it at all.

    How old is your controller? If it is on Warranty, call Xbox Support to claim it.

    Also you can check if the Firmware of the controller its the latest
