XBOX One S console freezing and hanging

My XBOX One S console freezing and hanging while playing game or even using you tube.

After that it will not respond and i have to switch it off and turn on after some time again with having same issue of hanging and freezing.

I have tried resets but it did not improved the situation.

Note that was replaced console after mine console got defected only after 3 months of buying.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Hello there, I have helped someone with this personally before and the only fix that seemed to work for them was a complete Factory Reset on the console. For this you need to go to Settings>System>Console info & Updates>Reset Console>Factory Defaults,
if the console were completely shutting off I would say it's a power supply issue but in your case I feel there is something corrupted.

If a hard reset or factory reset are not working for you, I would suggest contacting support so you can start the repair/service process ASAP.

I'm curious as to whether the people getting the freezes have one of the original Xbox 360's? I've only had 2 freezes and I've completed the main story and done a bit of the side stuff. I own the E console, so it's fairly new.

I've gotten that intro freeze before (several times), and Genesis wasn't involved. I also get the occasional freeze when taking the skycar to the Dantius Towers. Just one of those hangs on the loading bugs...
