Xbox One S Console Ban

Hello Enforcement Team, I am contacting you guys about my Console Ban on Xbox and how it should be revoked due to the fact that i've done nothing wrong. I was just minding my own business when i was banned on Youtube watching videos. Suddenly
I go to the dashboard and it signs me out of my account. I've come to the conclusion that this is a very big mistake and should be handled immediately if you would contact me back on my Email: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***. My gamer tag is and i have a couple other
accounts for my friends. But none of them are banned and only one of them has a first offense on Suspension. Thank You Talt To You Soon, I Hope

No, if you are sold the Xbox one via a store and you did nothing wrong, you will not be banned. They broke the terms, not you. Xbox is not banning people playing early.Click to expand...

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

Inserting an non xbox hd to emulate a offical one can result in a console ban

Moding a non xbox s hd to work in an xbox s is a serious violation and can also result in a console ban

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Sounds like a account suspension/ban,not a console ban.If it was a console ban then none of the accounts would be able to sign in on that console.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling the reason or you can check on the
enforcement site where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

You would have to try returning it. Console bans are not reversed.

No. Console bans are permanent and not reversed even in the event that there is a new owner. It is likely why the individual was selling the Xbox in the first place.

Your only option would be to return the Xbox to the seller for a refund and use that money to buy a console that hasnt been banned from Xbox Live.

Hi,

What point are you trying to prove?

Microsoft can deactivate a console from connecting to Live, but this is only done as part of a console ban for breaching the ToS.

They're not deactivating Xbox 360's so you'll have to buy an Xbox One or a Series X|S console on purpose, if that's what you're thinking.
