    Xbox one s connection problems


    so today I was playing my Xbox one s enjoying myself when my mortal kombat match was interrupted by a connection problem so I was like okay it's nothing just reset my modem and turn off my Xbox like always but when i turned my xbox back on it wasent even
    reading my nat type or giving me a proper error code it was just 000000000etc I've had this console for 4 months and I called support and there telling me two different things that I have a faulty model or my modem isn't compatible my brand I use is a Technicolor
    and this is just really upsetting when you go through 4 faulty models in year and getting a one s just gives you more problems changing my connection type didn't work and now factory reseting my Xbox didn't work either.. in fact I can't even use my console
    losing your account and 500gb of good games and paying live on top of that really kills a part of me please have mercy microsoft

    Xbox One S WiFi Networking Connectivity Issues

    having same problems here just purchased an xbox one s and it looses connection after about 30 minutes of gaming i tried my older xbox one and thats fine not a problem :/

    Hey oof thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

    First things first we suggest clearing out the Network Card Cache to make sure there isn't any corruption on there. Follow these steps on the console and let us know if it helped!

    Xbox one s connection problems

    To ensure Xbox Live stays connected smoothly, you may need to configure your network hardware.

    Optimal network performance is achieved when your NAT type is "Open".
    See here for help     with opening your NAT, which will involve configuring your network hardware. Instructions on configuring your modem/router/gateway is found in the documentation that came with it, or by contacting your ISP for help (if they issued it to
    you).

    Your account, saves, and digital purchases are all saved in the cloud. Resetting the Xbox to factory defaults will not totally delete your account, you simply need to log in to your Xbox with the same Microsoft account as before.

    My brand new Xbox can't connect to the internet

    Just an S a couple days after christmas. Wire connection and it will not recognize wired connection after initial setup update. Switched back in the old xbox one and it works fine. old xbox even connects wirelessly with no problems. took my S over a family
    members house and it connected no problem. I don't get it either.

    Just want to give a update on my situation: I activated ipv6 on my router and my xbox one s was able to connect to my wifi. After a day or two I received the same problem again and got disconnected and signed out from xbox live randomly.

    I decided to try a wired connection to my xbox one s and so far I'm having no problems connecting and I have both consoles on at the same time with open nats. My original xbox is on a wireless connection. I will continue to stay on a wired connection so
    I can confirm it must be a wireless issue affecting only my new xbox one s.

    Does the Xbox One S console have Bluetooth Capability? I.E Bluetooth Headsets

    There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

    The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

    The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.

    Xbox Series S saying there is Service issues but I checked the website and everything is fine.
