    Xbox One S Connection Issues

I own both an Xbox One and an Xbox One S. when playing multiplayer on my Xbox One every thing runs smoothly. If I am playing on my Xbox One S on the other hand I can barely do anything. It will sign me out at random times and can never seem to keep me in
a game. Note: I never have both on at the same time. My Xbox one is my home Xbox.

    :)

  4. Xbox One S Connection Issues

    Hey there, coney!

I'm sorry to see any connection issues! Even if you don't have them on at the both time, it's likely that your router is prioritizing the ports for Xbox Live for the original console and not the S. The "smart" thinking a router does goes like, "This IP/MAC Address
asked for these first. I'll try not to give them to anything else."

Do you have port forwarding or DMZ set up for either of them in your router? If so, you'll want to set up UPnP only on there to help adjust that.

To help out further outside of this, I'll need the following:

    • Wired or wireless, for both consoles.
    • Detailed network statistics for both consoles from Settings > All settings > Network > Network settings > Detailed network statistics.
    • Modem manufacturer and model number.
    • Router manufacturer and model number. (You may have a 2-n-1 device. I would only need the info for that one device.)

From there, I can dig into what might be happening and if we can sort it all out together. Xbox One S Connection Issues :) I look forward to working with you!

    No signal on TV

Hi, Praveen my name is Oskayra, and will be a pleasure help you

It's understandable that you're facing this issue with your Xbox One S console not displaying a signal on the TV in Japan. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Check the HDMI cable connection: Ensure the HDMI cable is firmly connected to both the Xbox One S and the TV. Disconnect and reconnect both ends of the cable to ensure a secure connection.

Try a different HDMI cable: If possible, try using a different HDMI cable to rule out any issues with the original cable.

Change HDMI input on the TV: Check the TV's input settings and ensure that you are on the correct HDMI input port connected to the Xbox One S.

Power cycle the Xbox One S: Turn off the Xbox One S completely by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console shuts down. Unplug the power cord for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn on the console.

Update the Xbox One S software: Ensure that the Xbox One S is running the latest software updates. Go to Settings > System > Updates and check for any available updates.

Try different HDMI ports on the TV: If your TV has multiple HDMI ports, try connecting the Xbox One S to a different HDMI port.

Check for TV compatibility issues: Check if your TV is compatible with the resolution and refresh rate settings of the Xbox One S. You can adjust these settings in the Xbox One S's video settings.

Try a different TV: If possible, try connecting the Xbox One S to a different TV to rule out any issues with your current TV.

I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions or need additional clarification.

ARK: Survival Evolved - Can't crossplay

If you're experiencing an issue specifically with ARK and not Minecraft, there may be a different solution.

Make sure you have the latest version of ARK installed on your Xbox One S. Game updates often fix known issues and improve overall game stability.

Check that your Xbox One S is connected to the internet stably. If you have a weak or unstable connection, this could affect game performance and cause connection issues.

Make sure the privacy and security settings on your Xbox One S allow you to connect and communicate online with other players. You can review these settings in your console settings.

Does the Xbox One S console have Bluetooth Capability? I.E Bluetooth Headsets

There is no Bluetooth radio component in the Xbox One S console itself.

The controllers connect to the Xbox One S the same way the controllers connect to the original Xbox One: proprietary RF. You could technically connect an Xbox One S controller to an original Xbox One, and an original Xbox controller to the Xbox One S.

The Bluetooth functionality in the new Xbox One S controller is specifically made for connecting the controller to a Windows 10 PC with the "Anniversary" update, which has the drivers needed for the controller when connected via Bluetooth.
