Xbox One S (CLIPS NOT WORKING) & poor xbox support experience

This has been a issue for around a month in my experience, (but could have been longer) nothing has been clipping there has been so many moments that i needed to save that i will probably never see or be able to do again and it just ends up not saving and then that moment is gone. From my experience and countless others this seems to be an issue with thr xbox one s and the only time clips work is within 20 minutes to an hour of loading up a game. During that time your able to clip something but then passed that time like 2 hours later when you try to clip something it wont work. To make it work again your gonna have to quit the application and load it back up but then it will keep happening. Xbox Support has been useless i have encountered so many brainless and useless ambassadors who act like a broken record telling me the same stupid stuff over & over again

• Hard reset your console (Hold down power button for 10 seconds then unplug power cable then plug it back in)
• reset your wifi
• clear your console cache
• unplug hdmi cable

I have done these so many times i have lost count and none of them have worked and it lead me to the same problem i had in the beginning. I try to tell them thats an issue happening with others but they tell me that there is nothing wrong with xbox servers and that they havent received any update from xbox about game capture issues. This pissed me off because i later found out that xbox has seen this as a known issue and is aware of the problem and made a post about it that was made 2 days before this conversation happened and for some reason the ambassador wasnt aware of it or just wasnt told. So im trying to figure what went wrong did Xbox become reckless and idiots and decide not to tell the ambassadors about this or is it that i have stumbled across multiple ambassadors who act like they know everything but turn out to be clueless and dont care about issues people are going through. This is so dumb. Xbox has been aware of this glitch for quite some time now and they still havent fixed it which is unbelievable they prioritize little things over MAJOR bugs like this. This is HUGE and needs to be top priority and needs to be dealt with immediately. PLEASE FIX THE BUG ALREADY.
