Xbox one S chimes but won't turn on and makes crackle sound when being plugged in

Sorry, I've tried this before but it doesn't seem to do anything to the console. It still has the same problem as the video above

Kindly try resetting the Internal Power supply by following the steps below:

"1. Unplug the mains lead from the console.

2. Wait 10 seconds.

3. Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button on the front of the console."

If that didn't work, please try using a different wall outlet.

Thank you for getting back to me and I apologize for the trouble. In this case, it would be best to get the console repaired. You can sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/devices to check your warranty, MattFS.

New problem. When I did this, the game launched, and when it launched I started up a game of casual, and when I loaded into the game, my Xbox completely shut off on me. This was also happening when I was in the tutorial stage of the game. The Xbox completely turned off 3 times before this 4th occurrence.

Anyway to fix it? It is currently on my internal storage drive, and I am playing on an Xbox One S. I just want to play the game and my Xbox keeps shutting off.

Also when it is turning off, I turn it back on, and it chimes and I have the chime feature off on my Xbox, and the chime makes a very scratchy Xbox on sound also, just thought I should throw that in there.

Doesn't even turn on. Just make the chime sound when I press the power button.
