Xbox One S can't start Edge Browser

Hi,

if I try to start the Edge Browser, it shows the blue screen for a moment and then it's crashing.

I've tried emptying cash 3 times. I've tried to use the Rewards app to open the browser, didn't work. Since then I can't open the Rewards App as well !

Is there anything else I can do but reseting the console ?

There may also be corrupt data in the profile. Try to delete your profile from the console and re-downloading it again.

Well are you on xbox one or series s/x then just use it

Bing isn't as good as Google

Keep in mind edge on console isn't a desktop browser it's sandboxed and has limits on what it can do

You can't download edge on your console it comes built.in

You can't download Chrome on Xbox One, the only browser you can use is Microsoft Edge.
