    Xbox One S can't obtain Teredo IP address


    I bought an Xbox One S about 2 weeks ago and have been able to play online fine until today. I get the issue "Can't obtain Teredo IP address" when running multiplayer diagnostics. I tried all of what Xbox suggested, but nothing worked. Any ideas?

    Press the Start button , select Settings > Gaming > Xbox Networking, and look for NAT Type under Xbox Live multiplayer.

    If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, it means your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.
