Xbox One S can’t connect to wifi

I unplugged all the power and it did not fix the problem. My Xbox one s is using WiFi. There is no error code when it fails to connect, it just times out. I can’t play any 360 game without a profile and it doesn’t seem to want to download.

Your console's WiFi module might not be working correctly. If you don't mind, please answer the following questions:

- Is this the first time connecting your console to this network?

- Do you have any external devices plugged into your console's USB ports?

Xbox One S, not series S. And I just tried and it says it connected on my phone but “can’t connect to the internet”,on my xbox

I’m having the same issue? Everything else connects to the WiFi just fine but I just can’t connect my xbox to any wifi

Whenever I try to connect to my WiFi it just says it can’t connect. I also can’t connect to a wired connection as my Xbox is on the other side of the house as my router. I also only have my controller plugged into the Xbox.
