    Xbox One S cannot access accessories settings, just keeps spinning loading circle


    I recently bought a secondhand Xbox One S with a controller, and I was able to access the Accessories settings to check the firmware version no problem. I bought a second controller (Microsoft) and every time I use it the system tells me it needs an update,
    however when I try to update I just get a screen which says "Xbox Accessories" in the top left corner, and a loading circle in the middle of the screen. It never gets past this point.

    I've tried using either controller and both connected, and I am not able to access the accessories settings with either. I cannot update the controllers at all.

    Is there another way?

    Don't worry - just did a hard reset and that seems to have sorted the issue.

    Thanks for letting us know you got it working again.

    I was going to suggest a Restart console as this is the first thing to try, then restart network hardware, if it didn't work.

    Sometimes the easiest things to try resolve many issues.

    After two years WWE stopped loading on xbox one

    I click on the WWE app. The app comes up and it shows the circle spinning, indicating it's loading but the circle just keeps spinning. We let it load for more then 20 minutes. If you have more questions... Thanks

    Point glitch seems fixed but....

    The sad thing is that I can't even try and contact their email support as the little loading circle thingie just keep spinning.

    Console freezes while loading dashboard

    Deleted profile and recovered account and now it doesn't exactly freeze, but it still doesn't load the dashboard. It sits on the screen with the two white circles spinning in the center (where it previously froze), but they just keep spinning. It pops up
    and says that I am signed into xbox live and I can use the remote to bring up the guide while the circles are spinning, but it doesn't ever load the dashboard for my account. I left it sit for about 5 minutes with no change.
