    xbox one s buzzing sound, screen freezes and exit to desktop


    hi first of all i am not sure if this is the right forum category for my post, first time posting here, looking for help. But just like the title said, i got my xbox one s now for like one year and i got an external seagate hard drive 2tb, it happened twice
    now, one with just cause 3 and star wars battle front 2 , it make buzzing sound screen freezes and exit to desktop screen. should i worry that my xbox is dying or because i uses external hdd, is there any setting that i can change to avoid these crashes, or
    wait for next update, could it because the xbox is too hot is summer here, anyway could someone help me out, ty in advance xbox one s buzzing sound, screen freezes and exit to desktop :)

    AND WHAT REALLY GETS ME MAD!!!!!!

    I'm officially off the Xbox One version of the game. Since downloading the game my XBOX ONE freezes, makes a buzzing sound and shuts down and restarts or exits to the dashboard!!!!!

    Game freeze

    hi I recently purchased the Xbox one s forza horizon 3 bundle and sometimes when playing the game freeze and exit to the home screen. This happened like three times I played other games on my xbox and didn't have that problem, any suggestions ?

    I'll get the occasional freeze on the One and the X and they both make a loud buzzing sound when they freeze.

    Titanfall does this sometimes. Makes a loud buzz and freezes for 10 seconds then crashes to the home screen. I doubt it's the publishers, seems like xbox is the one to blame.

    I'm having the same freezing and buzzing sound with the title screen crash. I also downloaded it.

    I reset the xbox, cleared storage, and now downloaded it again. It's at 27%, tells me it's "ready to play" yet it's crashing as soon as I start the campaign.
