Xbox one S Buzzes when Off

My red GOW Limited Edition Xbox One S makes a quiet electrical buzzing noise when powered off.

I am using the Energy Saving mode.

I can hear it through the top fan vent holes.

I unplug my console when I'm done using it because I don't like knowing this is happening when not in use.

I thought it was just a problem with early builds [Mine is August 2016] but it appears to be happening on all systems.

Can anyone confirm that it is happening on the latest Xbox One S model with a manufacture date newer than August 2016?

Note: The date is on the sticker on the back of the console by the power connector.

Sure, you can do it, of course with care and if you do, you lose the warranty if it is still available.
Be careful when cleaning not to damage any cable, you can use compressed air.
I recommend that you see this tutorial on how to disassemble it.

In this tutorial, they disconnect the components, you don't do it if you don't have experience, just try to clean the fan and the other components without removing them.

If you remove the casing, you will void any warranty that you may have. You can submit a ticket for repair by a certified Microsoft technician in the link below.
