Xbox One S Bundle Halo: MCC PC Version

Hey all

I hope I find some more answers from you all, I've come here after unsuccessfully trying to get onto Xbox customer services for an hour.

I recently purchased the Star Wars Jedi: FO Xbone S 1tb bundle that was part of the Boxing Day sales, which was advertised to come with Star Wars (obviously), Forza Horizon 4 (no issues), a choice of Rainbow 6 and Naruto, and the Halo Master Chief Collection
(the issue).

Upon setting the Xbox up I noticed that Halo wasn't listed in the available downloads, and when I checked on my account the copy I received was for PC.

I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but it seems a little odd to me.

Appreciate the help if any is possible in advance, if not I'll prepare for another few hours of hunting around the Xbox website trying to find a support number.

Unless you bought the console (and the MCC Code) in a Microsoft Store, the Xbox support can't really help you.

You will have to contact the store you bought the console (and MCC Code) and ask them to correct the code.

If you really need to contact the official support, you can't call them yourself. Instead you let them call you.

You simply go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us and click the button to contact support. Take a note of the times of operation below the button.

Select the category you have trouble with, and you will be able to chat with a support agent, or (depending on availability) have them call you back.

But they will probably tell you that you will have to take this wrong code back to the store and have it replaced with the correct one.

To clarify this was bought from the Microsoft store, and I didn't get the codes so much as the games straight to my account.

I've been trying through that support window both on the US website, and the Australian (my region), but so far haven't been able to find a number or a contact point - instead it routes me back to another part of the site, which obviously is of no help.

I did contact US Microsoft store themselves before being routed to Xbox, and I was held for 30 minutes so decided to try to find alternate contact.

You missed the edit lol

And yes mcc pc.is different from.gamepass for pc

They only added the halo 4 to complete mcc

But as with all disks versions mcc pc is still the same as xbox one

However mcc gamepass is completer

Hi, are you sure you are trying to install the right version? There are different version of the MCC (the xbox one, the PC one and also some other digital bundle) try to go here MS_store

Verify also to be logged in while you try o install the game
