    got my Xbox one s just to play for a month and it broke now I have to send to manufacture for repair this is ridiculous what about the money I spent on live because of there faulty machines this is just a waste of money plz make sure your systems are in
    top running shape before selling

    Anyone ever successfully obtained a refund for a digital purchase?

    I bought halo master chief collection, that was broken on release, after a week I gave up trying to play it, they gave me a full refund and 3 months live as compensation.

    Hey everyone,

    I bought an xbox one s about a month ago,both controllers were broken, sent 1 of them to microsoft, came broken, sent them both, came broken again . sent them both again and they came broken AGAIN...

    What the ****??

    are there any proper controllers for xbox one s? I already switched 7 controllers in a bit more than a month and none of them works fine.

    This is so lame, I mean how a big company like microsoft keep sell that garbage without taking any responsibility.

    That's unfortunate, but it happens sometimes with electronics. My Xbox One X recently broke after only having it for a few months.
