XBOX ONE S blu ray player app problems after update from 04/26/2017 green tinge

Hi,

yeasterday was blu ray app and since I've got anymore correct colors playing movies at 1080p (green tinge). ASAP I'm returnig to xbox hub everything is fine.

I've already tried to change every option in xbox video setup, but there is no change at all. I use a full HD projector. Is there any advice?

movies not working

Snoopy, look around on just this page alone. The XBOX One S is having a lot of problems playing Blu Ray (especially 4k titles). The Blu Ray app appears to be pretty much garbage (rated 2/5 stars).

 

3D playback not working

Xbox One supports 3D Blu-ray discs when played on 3D TVs. Try checking whether there are any updates for The Blu-ray player app

 

Can you verify that it isn't the projector?

Uninstall the app and then reinstall. Does the green tint appear on a regular screen, or is it just on the projector?

 

Hi, the projector is OK. I've alredy reinstalled, but no luck . The xbox dashboard screen is OK, games are OK, The problem is only with blu ray app and after the last one update . Before this update evertything was OK. Txh.
