Xbox video playback issue

Having an issue with Xbox video. On the dashboard all I can see is the tile of the current game that I am playing. Nothing else will play. No trailers, no marketplace videos at all, no xbox (zune videos). Online with support for over two hours and no help.
Tried everything. Streaming video such as Netflix works fine. I can sign into xbox live just fine there is just no video. Right now on my dashboard I have one tile that shows my current game, in the center it says Watch Dogs Out of control gameplay trailer
but its all blacked out.

I purchased a xbox one s today got home set it up and the gamerpics and dashboard tiles are not showing they are blank?

Please can someone help.

Who is your ISP? (Internet Service Provider):BT

Tried to fix by doing multiple: Manual factory resets (usb), factory resets, DNS (8,8,8,8/8.8.4.4),port forwarding for xbox live on xbox one s, reset modem,hard resets.

No tiles load on all screens. No video playback on Crunchyroll app & BBC i player app. Yet Youtube works fine.

Online gaming works fine so far as only tried Fifa 17.

Took xbox one s to retailer to get it checked, worked fine even on a stricted NAT type.

Any advice would be very welcome. Thank you

Sorry to hear that certain apps aren't streaming. Can you go to the
Networking Settings on Xbox One troubleshooting guide and go down to detailed network statistics? We'd like to see your speeds and and packet losses. Can you also use a different network hardware to test your Xbox One connection?

On my old xbox one my speeds were 20mb/s download and everything worked fine. Only thing that has changed is the console. both running on same OS everything is the same yet have problems on new console.

But on this new xbox one S the speeds only 12mb/s download - 4mb/s upload - 0% packet loss - MTU 1500- Latency 154ms NAT type Open aswell.
