Xbox one s beeps then shuts off

I press the X buttton on the xbox one s, it turns on and turns off. I plugged it out for 10 sec, then plugged it in, didnt work. Im stressed as I dont have the funds to get it repaired or buy a new one. Any help will be appreciated.

Xbox Slim will turn off at random...

I forgot to mention, it beeps once, then shuts off.

Xbox one turning off unexpectedly.

Yes i just hear the sound of the Xbox one when it turns on it ''beeps'' then after it ''beeps'' again and turn off. I was playing lately today on it, and it just ''beeps' turn off while i was playing....

still any solution?

This was mine. It was working at the time you replied, although im experiencing the problem again. I think this will be a reoccuring issue. I shut off my console w/ my controller if thats anything. And left it for 4 hours. When i went to watch netflix at
night, the problem occured.

Thanks for confirming for me! That's why we want to follow up on those things, can never know if someone is using a different console.

Do you have the console plugged directly into the wall outlet? It sounds like it could be a power issue happening, and if it's plugged into a surge protector or extension cord the power could be inefficient for the console.

If it is plugged directly into the wall, have you tried experimenting with turning the console off with the power button instead? That would be worth testing if you haven't already.

Definitely seems like it's intermittent, but we can do some things to see if it will help the situation.

Let me know these, and we'll work on what else we can do to help out more (without you needing to get a new console).

for repairs.

First, sign in at Device Support and then select Register new device. After you've registered, you’ll see the warranty status for your device. If it’s within
warranty, repairs are free. If your device is out of warranty, you’ll be charged a repair fee.
