Xbox One S Banging & Scraping Noises

I turned off my Xbox, and after a couple of minutes it began to make clicking, scraping, and knocking noises. It made a sort of bang/knock sound one time, which stands out to me as a potentially serious problem. I'm worried it may have damaged my Xbox. I
took the disk out, and immediately afterwards it made another really loud bang, but like 5 times louder than the first one. I'm unsure if it was a coincidence, or if taking the disc out made the noise happen. It was pretty loud and it just sounded like something
hit an internal component really hard. I unplugged it in fear of the console damaging itself. I have not turned it on since it happened. I owned it for over a year at this point, and it has never done anything like this before.

Has anyone else had a similar experience? I could not find videos of this happening to other Xbox One S consoles, and I could not find anything online where someone described anything even remotely close to what i just saw.

I'm unsure, but the only thing I can think that happened is that something broke inside of my Xbox and started to get tossed around by the fan.

Xbox one s fan noise

There's the fan being louder and then there's the noise that it's making in the videos. The noise in the vids do sound like the fan is scraping/hitting against the housing rather than just spinning fast.

 

Xbox one CD vibration noise

I can see there are loads of xbox one CD ROM noises but I have heard more of a banging noise, I'm getting a vibration noise when I put a CD in.

Anyone know if there is a resolve for this issue or is it a ROM drive? Its only started a couple of days ago but I've owned the xbox about a year now.

it doesn't seems to be a good situation but we can try to troubleshoot it

First of I suggest you to unplug the power supply and perform a full reboot to verify if the console is working fine or not. If not, you should follow this guide:

I would say your best option is to send the console in for repair trough the online service and warranty centre, Any banging/knocking noises like that are a hardware failure, Either blu ray drive or the fan.
