    Xbox One S Bad Quality


    I have recently bought a brand new Xbox one S after my Xbox one had broken due to a failed disk drive and hard drive which was the second time in 2 years.

    I was excited about the arrival on my new one S but when turning it on for the first time it would turn off due to overheating after a few minutes. Bearing in mind that all the doors and windows were open and the console is placed on a TV unit with nothing but that and a TV there was a strong burning smell which is when I saw the fan was not working.

    Worried that my console will catch fire it has been unplugged since.

    I believe everyone who has had similar issues should receive some compensation for the outrageously bad quality and customer services.

    What on earth has happened to Microsoft?

    Xbox one dashboard freezing problem

    already tried soft reset and factory reset. This is with all games. it is not even loading correctly the xbox dashboard. definitely changing console brand for one with better quality that Company does not try to charge you when requesting a product warranty.
    the model I have is the xbox one s model 1681. So sad MS. you deliver these bad quality products.

    Battlefield 3's in game chat sound quality is pretty bad compared to Party chat

    Am I the only one who enjoyed Bad Co.2 better :P

    Bad Company 2's multiplayer is superior in my opinion. The key difference for me is map quality.
