Cześć, kupiłem dzieciakom rok temu na początku sierpnia xBox one-s. Od kilku tygodni nie działa im przycisk RB. Czy taka usterka objęta jest gwarancją i jaka jest procedura w przypadku popsucia? Dodam, że zakup był dokonany Euro RTV AGD. Będę wdzięczny za
instrukcję, jak się postępuje w takim przypadku. Z góry dziekuję

Hello Tomasz,

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Xbox one standard controllers have 90 days of warranty. After that time has passed, you would have to buy a new one if you would like to replace your controller. The exceptions being the Design lab controllers
(120 day warranty) and the elite controllers (1 year warranty). If you purchased "Microsoft complete" with your console then you may have the extended warranty that extends to the controllers as well.

90 days in USA maybe. In Europe (or at least EU) it is longer time if I'm not mistaken.

If you send a console in for repairs it is returned with a 90 day warranty.

The manufacturer's warranty won't be affected by it. I do suggest from now on however, when you purchase a console, to also get Microsoft Complete for Xbox... its only $50 extra, but it is a 3 year warranty that covers repairs and accidental damage.
