    I spilt beer on my Xbox ended up taking it apart dried it for a little the graphics sucked so I restarted it graphics fine just no sound I don't understand how the hdmi gets the video but not audio I tried everything

    Yes, with the latest update. I dont remember having these problems when i first got an Xbox One S, so it may be that i have changed a setting. Do you know what the default picture and audio settings were on the Xbox One?

    Turtle Beach X12 no tv sound

    You need the one with the audio adaptor to connect to the x12's, That audio works with the old type of xbox and slims, as i have one.

    A lot of folk have had problems using the X12`s.

    Using an xbox audio adapter WILL cure the problem as the audio signal is direct from the console to the headset. The HDMI is purely used for the video signal with that particular setup.

    UPDATE: Xbox One S returned. No solution for audio sync issue on DVD/Blu-ray playback.

    After scouring the internet I cannot find a solution. The Xbox Support seems to be correct. There was an issue with the Xbox One S where the audio was not in sync with the video on DVD and Blu-ray playback. I returned the Xbox One S.

    Hopefully few other experience the issue.
